Ryan Zimmerman appears to have lost his streak as the Giants vs. Nationals game is in the 7th inning and Barry Zito has intentionally walked Zimmerman to pitch to strike out savvy Josh Willingham. No surprise either - with second and third, no reason to pitch to a guy who hits above the Mendoza line when the guy batting fourth in a line up is hitting below it and has 7 RBIs for the year.
And that is the Nats cleanup hitter!
Although, the guy on the mound Shairon Martis looks like he's got the goods. He is 22 and could become 5-0 with a win today FOR THE NATS!
The Mets have to love playing in the same division as them (although the Phillies, Braves and Marlins are never much fun)
